What is your return & refund policy?
- Hi bestie! You can return the jewelry up to 14 calendar days after receiving your order. You can only return the item if the item is undamaged and unworn. The customer is responsible for the return costs.

If within 14 days of receiving your order, an item is: defective, broken or tarnished we will replace the item(s) for you.(Our policy only applies to items that are defective, broken, or tarnished due to manufacturing defects.
