All our jewelry are made of stainless steel material. For the gold pieces, we added an 18K PVD gold plating. This means the color will last for a really long time (at least a few years). It will not fade easily and it's also an anti-scratch material.
Clean your piece before wearing: wash with antibacterial soap and warm water before inserting into your piercing. If the steel jewelry has gems on it DO NOT use alcohol or harsh chemicals to clean it.
- Keep away from water, take off before showering or swimming to keep your piece pretty and shiny. Always apply oils and lotions before wearing your piece.
- All products are free of nickel, lead or cadmium
All body jewelry is FINAL SALE due to hygiene reasons.

What is your return & refund policy?
- Hi bestie! You can return the jewelry up to 14 calendar days after receiving your order. You can only return the item if the item is undamaged and unworn. The customer is responsible for the return costs.
- We stand behind the quality of our products, but sometimes mistakes happen. If within 14 days of receiving your order, an item is: defective, broken or tarnished we will replace the item(s) for you.(Our policy only applies to items that are defective, broken, or tarnished due to manufacturing defects. We cannot do anything about items that are damaged due to misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear.)
- For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or exchange for earrings and body jewelry.
- Custom and personalized orders are final sale

Do you accept exchanges?
- We gladly accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
- Yes, if the item you received is unworn and undamaged with the original tag on it and no discount was applied, we will exchange it for a different product of equal or lesser value. This excludes all personalized items, as these items are final sale.
- Once your exchange is received, it will be thoroughly inspected by our team. If your exchange is received with visible wear or damage, we will refuse the exchange.
