Normally,We will ship out the product within 3-5 business days.
For personalized collection,Turnaround time is currently 3-4 weeks since everything is handmade and made to order as well as experiencing a high influx in orders over the past few weeks.Thank you for your patience in advance!
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
What is your return & refund policy?
- Hi bestie! Just a heads-up that we have a no refund or return policy for hygiene and sanitary reasons.
- We stand behind the quality of our products, but sometimes mistakes happen. If within 14 days of receiving your order, an item is: defective, broken or tarnished we will replace the item(s) for you.(Our policy only applies to items that are defective, broken, or tarnished due to manufacturing defects. We cannot do anything about items that are damaged due to misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear.)
- For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or exchange for earrings and body jewelry.
- Custom and personalized orders are final sale
- All discounted applied order are final sale.
- Please make sure to order correct sizes before ordering. To find your ring and bangle size visit our guide to help you. If the size not suitable,We do not accept returns refund.
Do you accept exchanges?
- We gladly accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
- Yes, if the item you received is unworn and undamaged with the original tag on it and no discount was applied, we will exchange it for a different product of equal or lesser value. This excludes all personalized items, as these items are final sale.
- Once your exchange is received, it will be thoroughly inspected by our team. If your exchange is received with visible wear or damage, we will refuse the exchange.
All shipping and handling cost are covered by the customer. We do not cover the shipping cost back to us and back to you. If you are not satisfied with your order, please email us at info@camillaboutiqueshop.com, Our customer service team will respond within 48 hours.
Camillaboutique reserves the right to refuse exchanges or returns at any time.
Duties & Taxes
International customers may have to pay duties on taxes based on their country. It's the buyers responsibility to pay these fees. Every country is different and the cost will differ based on your countries policies for international shipments.

Where is my package?

YES, we do ship internationally! Please note that all customs and duty fees are the customer's responsibility to pay. These may vary by country.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?
To reduce the effect of wear, gently wipe jewelry with soft polishing cloth and store in a dry place. Protect your jewelry from from water or any lotions, abrasive surfaces and harsh chemicals and please be mindful of wearing makeup near jewelry or of getting your plated metal piece wet.

International orders may be subject to customs fees. The customer is responsible for these.
How does your design process look like for the personalized name necklaces?
We generate name design based on customers order, laser cutting of name from stainless steel sheet, hand polish & smooth the metal before moving on to the gold plating process. We use real 18k gold for all our custom name necklaces. Then we clean and assemble chains before we package and ship the product to you. We also have quality control system in place for each step of the process.
Are these cute personalized necklaces made for everyday wear?
Our custom necklaces are made for everyday wear. If you want to go a little bolder, you can try stack several necklaces together.
How do I care for my custom gold necklace?
Clean your VibeSzn pieces by using a soft cloth to restore shine. If additional cleaning is needed, use warm soapy water and clean with a soft cloth.
Can I order my name necklace in a material other than gold?
We offer stainless steel as the base metal and can coat in 18K gold, silver or rose gold plating.
How do I customize my own necklace? Where do I start?
Start by heading to the customize page on the CAMILLABOUTIQUE website - select the design you like the best and enter in your color/length/font specifications and custom text to be printed on the piece.
Does gold plated necklace tarnish?
Gold plated necklaces are tarnish free if coated over stainless steel. All of our custom necklace pieces are gold plated stainless steel and tarnish free.
Can I wear this gold plated necklace in the shower?
You can wear CAMILLABOUTIQUE custom necklace pieces in the shower. However, we do not recommend doing this everyday as the repeated pressure is not good for the item chain and connector rings.
Does 18k gold plated necklace last longer than the 14k gold plated one?
No. 18k gold plated necklaces have no difference with 14k gold plated ones in terms of durability.
Is gold plated necklace using real gold?
Yes, our plating process for custom necklaces uses 18K gold over stainless steel.
How do you gold plate the necklaces?
We plate all of our custom personalized necklaces with a machine using real 18K gold. We also have quality control system in place for each process of each individual necklace.
Why do you use stainless steel for your gold plated necklaces?
Stainless steel is hypoallergenic (common allergens are nickel and lead) and does not tarnish or turn green on your skin (alloy jewelry products and copper often leave green marks on skin if exposed to liquid/oil). That way, you can be assured that you get the best quality gold plated necklaces from us.
