Every custom item we create is manufactured through a structured production process that is expected to be completed within this time frame. How to Track Your Order
As your order approaches its final destination (your country), you will need to continue tracking its progress through your local postal service's website using the same Tracking Number.
**Please note that you are fully responsible for retrieving your package, and we highly recommend that you continue to track its progress via your local postal service after placing your order. In the event your package is unclaimed and eventually returned to us - any re-delivery requests will incur extra shipping charges that will be borne by you.

Stolen or Lost Mail
Camilla Boutique Shop will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages in transit. However - on a case by case basis, replacements may be provided. Rest assured that if there is reason to believe your order was lost in transit - we will be sure to offer you a suitable resolution. Therefore - do not hesitate to place your orders with us. During the ordering process, please ensure that your mailing address provided is wholly accurate. Camilla Boutique Shop will not be held responsible for any packages being sent back due to inaccurate or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipment costs will be borne by the customer.
Shipping Delays
All deliveries are carried out by courier companies that operate separately from us. We cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays due to customs or other reasons that may occur during the transit period. Once packages are shipped out, the shipping process will be out of our control, although we always do our very best to help you through the process of tracking.
What is your return & refund policy?
- Hi bestie! You can return the jewelry up to 14 calendar days after receiving your order. You can only return the item if the item is undamaged and unworn. The customer is responsible for the return costs.
- We stand behind the quality of our products, but sometimes mistakes happen. If within 14 days of receiving your order, an item is: defective, broken or tarnished we will replace the item(s) for you.(Our policy only applies to items that are defective, broken, or tarnished due to manufacturing defects. We cannot do anything about items that are damaged due to misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear.)
- For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or exchange for earrings and body jewelry.

Do you accept exchanges?
- We gladly accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
- Yes, if the item you received is unworn and undamaged with the original tag on it and no discount was applied, we will exchange it for a different product of equal or lesser value. This excludes all personalized items, as these items are final sale.
- Once your exchange is received, it will be thoroughly inspected by our team. If your exchange is received with visible wear or damage, we will refuse the exchange.
All shipping and handling cost are covered by the customer. We do not cover the shipping cost back to us and back to you. If you are not satisfied with your order, please email us at info@camillaboutiqueshop.com, Our customer service team will respond within 48 hours.
