How to care for my custom made jewelry?
Clean your jewelry pieces by using a soft cloth to restore shine. If additional cleaning is needed, use warm soapy water and clean with a soft cloth.
Can I order my custom name jewelry in other languages or with special characters?
We offer a custom language nameplate where any language can be ordered. As of now, we only offer a heart, start or butterfly for special characters outside of the special characters found on your keyboard.
Can I wear my custom jewelry when I am swimming?
You can wearour custom jewelry pieces in the shower or water - we do not recommend doing this everyday as the repeated pressure is not good for the item chain and connector rings.

Yes, our plating process for custom necklaces uses 18K gold over stainless steel.

Stainless steel is hypoallergenic (common allergens are nickel and lead) and does not tarnish or turn green on your skin (alloy jewelry products and copper often leave green marks on skin if exposed to liquid/oil).
